New Company Launched

Nutra Products, City of Industry, CA, has been formed to provide an alternative source of nutraceutical garlic and other herbs for the dietary supplement, functional food and beverage industry. Bill Deaton is the president, Lisa Westing/Trexler heads up technical support, Bill Spencer is executive vice president of sales and marketing and Julie Hayes provides customer service support. All four individuals were previously part of the Pure-Gar/Basic Vegetables Products team that was in place prior to Natrol’s acquisition of this business in 1998.
